FINAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN "THE SEARCH FOR WWE'S BIGGEST FAN" CONTEST ("CONTEST").

CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING AND PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

Entry into this Contest constitutes your (or, if an eligible minor, your parent's or legal guardian's) acceptance of these Official Rules.

CONTEST ENTRY DATES: Contest begins May 18, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends July 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Contest Entry Period"). Entries will be accepted during the Contest Entry Period and remain posted for public rating until 11:59 p.m. ET on August 3, 2007.

WHO MAY ENTER: Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 16 and older. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside or those living in the same households, whether or not related) of Comcast Interactive Media ("Sponsor"), World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. ("WWE"), Ventura Associates, Inc. ("Contest Administrator"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Contest Parties") are not eligible to enter or win. An eligible minor must have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter.

CONTEST ENTRY/OBJECTIVE: The object of the Contest is to record and submit a 60 second video of you showing/telling why you are WWE's biggest fan.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Entry Period, visit www.Ziddio.com ("Website"), follow the instructions provided to complete the registration process and upload your video ("Entry"). Video file must be 100MB or smaller and in .mov (QuickTime), .mpg (MPEG), .mp4 (MPEG-4), .wmv (Windows Media) or .avi (AVI) .3gp or .3g2 file format. Video may be any length, however, only the first 60 seconds of the video will be considered for judging. DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY WRESTLING MOVES OR ANY IMITATIONS OF ANY WRESTLING MOVES IN YOUR VIDEO. ANY VIDEOS IN WHICH INDIVIDUALS ATTEMPT ANY WRESTLING MOVES OR ANY IMITATIONS OF ANY WRESTLING MOVES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. WWE Superstars are trained, professional athletes and no one should imitate their wrestling maneuvers. Eligible individuals will also have the opportunity to have their Entry taped by Sponsor representatives at select WWE events taking place during the Contest Entry Period. For a list of the select WWE events at which you can enter, visit http://teamcim.com/ziddio/category/teamziddio Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address for the entire Contest, regardless of method of entry. Additional Entries received from any one person or email address after the first Entry received from such person or email address will be void. Incomplete Entries, including but not limited to those Entries that do not address the requirements listed in the Contest Entry/Objective section, will not be eligible for the judging. All Entries must be received by July 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an Entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the Entry information resulting from contestant clicking the "Submit Entry" button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules.

In addition to entering at www.ziddio.com and at select WWE events, throughout the Contest Entry Period the Ziddio street team may visit select events across the country where they will provide attendees at such events an opportunity to enter this Contest and potentially other contests being offered by www.Ziddio.com. In other instances, entry kiosks may be provided at select events for the recording and submitting of Entries. Please note: Entries at the select WWE events and such other events at which the Ziddio street team may visit will be taped on a first come, first serve basis and Sponsor does not guarantee that Sponsor representatives, the Ziddio street team or any kiosk will be able to tape every eligible individual who wishes to enter. Please also note that no practice tapings will be allowed; you will not be able to view your Entry after it has been taped and, if taped by the Sponsor representatives or Ziddio street team, you will have no control over how Sponsor chooses to edit and post your Entry on the Website. If you enter via an entry kiosk, your Entry will be uploaded to the site at time of taping. By submitting an Entry, contestant (and, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) hereby grants permission for his/her Entry to be posted on Ziddio.com in perpetuity for viewing by visitors to the Website. In addition to a contestant's video, Sponsor reserves the right to post sample videos on www.Ziddio.com it has created in connection with the Contest that will enable a contestant to get an idea as to the nature of submissions Sponsor is seeking. These samples videos will not be included in the judging and will not be eligible to receive prizes. Contest Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any Entry. Contest Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Entry.

Entry must be the original work of the contestant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the contestant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the contestant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. If any identifiable person appearing in the Entry is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian is required to provide permission. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any contestant at any time. By submitting an Entry, contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consents to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest, and to its posting on www.Ziddio.com.

Entries must comply with the following content guidelines to be eligible:

• Content may not be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity;
• Content may not promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
• Content may not be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
• Content may not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor, WWE or other people or companies;
• Content may not contain trademarks, logos or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
• Content may not contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including music, photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media) without permission;
• Content may not contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission;
• Content may not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
• CONTENT MAY NOT DEPICT WRESTLING MOVES OR ANY IMITATIONS OF WRESTLING MOVES; and
• Content may not depict and may not itself be in violation of any law or otherwise.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.

JUDGING: There will be two (2) rounds of judging: (i) Round 1 and (ii) Round 2.

Round 1: During the Contest Entry Period, eligible Entries will be posted on the Website for public rating. Each registered member of the Website will have the opportunity to view and rate such Entries. All ratings must be received by August 3, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Visitors will only be allowed to rate each Entry once during the Contest Entry Period. Ratings generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the rating process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be void. Such Entries will also be judged by representatives of WWE based on the judging criteria below. The ten (10) top-rated Entries at the end of the public rating period and the five (5) top scoring Entries as determined by a panel of WWE judges (from the entire remaining pool of eligible Entries) will advance to Round 2 of the Contest ("finalist"). In the event of a tie in public rating, the tied Entries will be judged by a panel of WWE judges using the judging criteria below to determine which tied Entry or Entries (as applicable) will advance to Round 2. Sponsor reserves the right to advance fewer than fifteen (15) finalists to Round 2 if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and/or qualified Entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any Entries that are not rated, for any reason.

Round 2: The finalists will be re-judged by a panel of WWE judges who will determine the winning Entries based on the criteria below. The finalist Entry with the highest score, as determined by the judges (in its sole discretion) will be declared the Grand Prize winner. The finalist Entry with the second highest score, as determined by the judges, will be declared the First Prize winner. The finalist Entry with the third highest score, as determined by the judges, will be declared the Second Prize winner. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules. Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize Winners are collectively referred to herein as "winners".

Judging will be based on the following criteria: 1) persuasiveness (50%) and 2) creativity (50%). In the event of a tie, winner(s) will be determined based on highest score for persuasiveness. In the event of a further tie, the Entry involved in the tie having the highest rating (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be deemed the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award all prizes if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.

Judges' and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters.

FINALIST NOTIFICATION: Potential Finalists will be determined on or about August 8, 2007, notified by mail, telephone and/or email on or about August 9, 2007 and required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") as well as any other documents which may be required by Sponsor, all of which must be received fully-executed within five (5) days of date printed on notification or he/she may be disqualified. A potential finalist must be able to travel to and participate in the finalist prize as described below or he/she will be disqualified. If any finalist is considered a minor in his or her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return the Affidavit/Release and all other required documents on finalist's behalf as well as comply with any other requirements imposed on finalist/winners (as applicable) set forth herein. In the event an eligible minor is a finalist, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian during all aspects of finalist prize trip at such parent's or legal guardian's sole expense, unless such parent or legal guardian is finalist's selected guest. A background check may be conducted on finalists. At the discretion of the Sponsor, a finalist may be disqualified for any of the following: if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above, or if delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as but not limited to: child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc. In the event it is determined that any finalist has not complied with these Official Rules, or has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, has made false statements or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or any finalist is unable to take the Finalist Prize trip on the dates specified below, then such finalist will be disqualified. Should a finalist make any false statement(s) in any document required by Sponsor, finalist will be disqualified and required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. If a finalist is disqualified for any reason, at Sponsor's discretion, the Entry with the next highest score may be declared the alternate finalist.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand, First and Second Prize winners will be announced at the red-carpet event included as part of the Finalist Prize described below. Finalists must be present at red-carpet event to be confirmed a winner. Winners may be required, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to execute and return an additional Affidavit/Release within a specified time period. Failure to return such Affidavit/Release fully-executed within the specified time period or noncompliance with these rules may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the finalist with the next highest score may be declared an alternate winner.

PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Finalist Prize (15): A trip for finalist and one guest to New York, NY to attend WWE's SummerSlam Weekend (tentatively scheduled for 8/24/07 - 8/27/07). ARV of each Finalist Prize: $3,418. Each Finalist Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to New York, NY from a major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence or ground transportation if finalist resides within 100 miles of the New York City, two nights' double occupancy standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel in New York City selected by WWE in its discretion), two (2) tickets to a red-carpet event in New York City featuring WWE Hall of Famers and WWE Superstars, two (2) tickets to the "Biggest Party of the Summer," two (2) tickets to "SummerSlam" (the "Biggest Party of the Summer" and "SummerSlam" are collectively referred to herein as the "Event" and is scheduled to take place at Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, NJ), ground transportation between New York, NY airport and hotel, ground transportation between hotel and red carpet event, and ground transportation between hotel and Event. Prize does not include: ground transportation not expressly provided for herein, meals, taxes, gratuities and any other costs or incidental expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided; all of which are solely the responsibility of the finalist. Finalist and guest must comply with any security procedure(s) or measures imposed by WWE and/or its representatives as well as any Event rules and regulations. WWE reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel a finalist's attendance at any Event due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct, as determined by WWE in its sole discretion. Event tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by WWE. Seat locations will be determined by the WWE. If an Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner other than to supply a trip New York City, NY minus the Event portion of the prize. Finalist and guest must travel together on dates and the same itinerary as specified by the Sponsor and WWE or forfeit all rights to the prize. In addition, the finalist Entries will be featured as part of the September WWE 24/7™ On Demand programming lineup. If prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to determine and notify an alternate finalist, the prize will be awarded to an alternate finalist. Finalist and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at such parent's or legal guardian's own expense (unless minor's parent or legal guardian is a finalist) and complete and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. If guest is a minor, such release must be executed and returned by his/her parent or legal guardian. Actual ARV of each finalist prize depends on airfare and room rates at time of stay and location of finalist's residence. If actual value of prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Grand Prize (1): $25,000 cash. First Prize (1): $5,000 cash. Second Prize (1): $3,000 cash. Total ARV of all prizes: $84,270. Cash prizes will be awarded in form of a check. No prize substitution permitted by a finalist or winner, however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are nontransferable and Finalist Prize may not be redeemed for cash. All taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each finalist/winner. A finalist or winner is not a recipient of a prize until he/she has been verified as a finalist or winner by the Sponsor or judges. Upon fulfilling prize, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the finalist or winner and such finalist or winner assumes full responsibility for his or her prize. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Accepting a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use contestant's name, video, hometown, likeness, prize won, and photograph (all at Sponsor's discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Contest Parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, incomplete or delayed Entries; all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems uploading or downloading any Contest-related information or materials from the Website or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the Website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an contestant's ability to participate in this Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Entries, the taping of Entries at any kiosk, select WWE event or other event at which the Ziddio street teams visit, the announcement of any prize or in any Contest-related materials. Mass Entries or Entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Contest in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest and, if terminated, at Sponsor's discretion, determine the finalists or winners (as applicable) using all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of cancellation using the judging procedure outlined above. In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the contestant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of this Contest or Website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other contestant, Sponsor or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules and void all associated Entries. CAUTION: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such contestant from the Contest.

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS: As further provided in Ziddio.com's Terms of Use, contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) hereby acknowledges that he/she shall retain ownership of the Entry (including video) and irrevocably and exclusively grants to Sponsor, WWE and their respective designees a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display and perform publicly any Entry (or any portion thereof) in any media now known or later developed. By submitting an Entry, contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many submissions under this Contest and that such Entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to others submitted under this Contest and/or other contests staged and/or sponsored by the Sponsor, and waive any and all claims contestant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any composition, video and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor (or its respective designees) may be similar to his/her Entry. Contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor does not have now, nor shall any of them have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to contestant's Entry.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: By participating in the Contest, contestants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Contest subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

RELEASES: By entering the Contest, contestants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liability or damage, including, without limitation, liability for death or personal injury, caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in this Contest, or acceptance or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), the substitution of any prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the administration of the Contest, the operation of the Website or Released Parties' use of any of the rights granted herein. Released Parties assume no responsibility for the conduct of any contestant or the responses of anyone appearing in any Entry.

PRIVACY: By participating in this Contest, contestants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to Sponsor's use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest, contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the contestant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will contestant be permitted to obtain awards for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than contestant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest), and contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of contestants and Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA without regard to Pennsylvania choice of law rules.
